NOTICE OF BIENNIAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Biennial General Meeting of Maryknoll Convent Former Students (Ontario) Inc. will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 1:00p.m. at The Club Hall, Unit 1, Building D, 1550 – 16th Ave., Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3K9.
To register for the Biennial General Meeting, please either fill out the online registration form or email the completed registration form to the Association at contactus@mcsontario.org by Saturday, September 12, 2026.
The Election of the Committee Members will be held at the BGM. You are encouraged to nominate Life Members to join the Committee of 2026 – 2028 by filling out the attached Nomination Form. The Member nominated must consent to the nomination by submitting the Nomination Acceptance Form to the Association prior to the BGM.
If you are a Life Member in good standing, and unable to attend the BGM, you are entitled to vote by proxy by appointing another Life Member as your Nominee by completing the attached Proxy Form.
